Snowdrops under water by river in Godmanchester 2009-02-27

That's a pity. Added to GoYpedia Flood and Rain Damage.

Not really, these come back every year & every few years they are under water for a few days. When the water subsided they were still flowering & continued for a week or two afterwards! I expected then to die but no, they just kept on! I'm sure the mud deposited on them acts as a fertilizer.
