Yours may well take longer as it was transported in bud............

31 Jan, 2012

I don't really mind as long as it blooms!

31 Jan, 2012

That's the spirit - they can pause for up to six months!

Thanks Delonix and please don't tell me how cheap and easy to find they are there! ;o)

Alexandrmaou:

Well, when I went to my favorite nursery last weeks, I saw some for sale for $22.00. I thought that was a little expensive...it could be the going price, now.

They had lots of Oncidium, Miltonia, Dendrobium, Cattleya, and many other hybrids I can't remember them all. I did purchase a Dendrobium kingianum with many buds for $7.00. I'll post a photo very soon.

HA! Good....Mine was cheaper!!!
Hee..hee..hee...woa. woa....hurray hurrah....(parading over here if you didn't realize it)

Oh, googled your new Dendrobium. Looks very nice.

My favorite nursery isn't known for its cheap prices. It does carry many exotic plants, which are very healthy! There's many certified nurserymen who work there (their overhead is high).

I'll be posting pics of my D. kingianum today.

Let me enjoy my moment of triumph....;o)

lol...lol...I bought a Buddleia this past summer and the man insisted it was.....(I can't even remember what he was telling me) I knew it was a Buddleia, his loss not mine. I bought the plant dirt cheap.

I guess, you get what you pay for...that's the saying, anyway.

3 Feb, 2012

I thought so too but not true in your case...you get huge plants at good prices that would cost me an arm and a leg!

3 Feb, 2012

Buddleja are cheap!

How many do you want - I'm constantly pulling them up!

3 Feb, 2012

I bought mine cheap as well but this guy was telling me it was something else.

Really....do they self seed then?

4 Feb, 2012

Like b#ggery Alex!!!

4 Feb, 2012

Yes, I agree! Buddleja madagascariensis can naturalize vary easily...this is why I don't have any! lol! :>)

4 Feb, 2012

I must stop yanking out everything that I "think" is a weed!

5 Feb, 2012

I wish that Buddleja madagascariensis would naturalise here in the UK as it's my favourite!

5 Feb, 2012

Meanie:

I thought that's what you were talking about. :>)

Buddleja madagascariensis is the one I see most widely planted here. I think it's because of the drought tolerance.
