Wondered on the last picture which variety it was, looks a huge flower,its beautiful.............

Yes, I love it. It leans a bit, (not like Cleopatra), and in some ways it is part of its beauty, very graceful. Terry is using it a lot. We have a brilliant seedling. Will try and find it although we couldn't get a pic that would do it justice but we were really excited about it and have planted it.

I've only ever grown from seed once and lost the whole lot except 2 in the really cold winter last year, heater in the greenhouse packed up, I am trying again though, got some seed last year and I have germination in a week!!!! from one lot, a cross of 'Lavender Arrowhead' and 'Odds and Ends', every single seed,thats pretty quick isn't it? remember last time it took 6-8 weeks, hopefully sowing now instead of autumn I'll have more luck,we live and learn:-)
Can't wait for the seeds from the BHHS:-)
