Kalanchoe species with pastel pink flowers

This is the first time in two years this Kalanchoe has bloomed. The flower spike stands on a more than 7ft/2.2m high stem. This unknown species of Kalanchoe is very commonly grown here San Diego, CA. Photo taken Feb. 6, 2012.

Here's what the plant looked like a year ago, when it was small. Still don't know the species name, though.
