I think its just melting snow that has re- frozen

Must have been that exceptionally low temperature last night.
I wonder if the temperature suddenly dropped?

I believe temp went down to -10 on Friday and about the same last night

I think it was minus 14 in parts of Suffolk!

It feels very cold at the moment and i'm on the borders
so that wouldn't surprise me

its above freezing here today the last bits of snow seem to be melting

my son lives in red lodge ~ thats not so far from the suffolk/norfolk border? he used to live in Ely

I saw this photo in the EDP David did you send it in ?? we were -14 last night .
I use to spend a lot of time in Ely Sticki I lived in the tiny village of Little Thetford 3 miles from Ely ,the river Ouse which runs through Ely runs through Little Theford as well .

how lovely Amy, i loved Ely, Bury St Edmonds is also nice where he also lived.

Bury St Edmonds is my Hubbies home town Sticki , it has the most beautiful Abbey Gardens I expect you have seen them !

i have, they are lovely; stayed at the Angel a couple of times.

I only know Green King brewery Sticki but that's quite a big concern ... My OH's father had a farm and land down Sicklesmere road .... a long time ago !

i have seen all the barrels outside the green king. i dont know the sicklesmere road.

i think its a lovely area, its the big skies i really love.
