This photo at a very slightly different angle.
Been so nice going into the garden the last few days. I wrapped the grand daughter up warm and she played outside in the sandpit while I enjoyed a cuppa tea. Like most children it was a job to get her inside. The other day it was so mild there were bumble bees looking for nesting site, ladybirds warming up in the sunshine and a queen wasp that had come out of hibernation. I know we need to top up our South Eastern reservoirs and I don't mind the rain but just hope the snow and frosts keep well away. A ten minute walk from my house you reach the base of the hill that we live on. Daffodils out in full bloom, us on top of the hill always seem to be a few weeks behind. Something to look forward to.

Ah, so the frost didn't spoil all the camellia buds, then.
That's good. Beautiful colour.
Good to get outside in this weather. Long may it last.
