This plant is Perennial Honesty ..... Lunaria rediviva Katarina.

I used to love peeling the seed heads as a kid. I called it the moon plant.

I'm not sure about why it's called "Honesty", but I always thought it was something to do with it's transparency...... I used to know them as moon plants, too.
