Sorry to hear about your A. ferox! I know it's one of the more tender species. It doesn't tolerate freezing temps very well.

Yes, I have 2 one small one and another that is about 14" high, it hasn't flowered yet, there is a pic of it in my photos somewhere! I have several Aloes I think my fav. is A. poyphylla :o)

That's great! Many Aloe species grow wild here...they're not very noticeable until they start to bloom in November, December.
