I was thinking about growing different types by seeds.......untill I read how long I have to wait to see a flower. I can't deal with any more waiting for flowers on plants!

Yes, they can take up to 7 years or more from seed. Luckily, this one and the yellow and white varieties are readily available here. The yellow variety is extremely expensive, though! It can coast more than $70.00 for a small gallon plant (it's a patented variety).

Wow....I wouldn't mind spending $70.00 on a plant if I was rich.
Gosh....you should see some of the varieties.....dribble, dribble, dribble.

Many varieties are available at our nurseries. Most are not expensive (except for the patented cultivars).
