Wood pigeon

i've got quite a few of these down here, nice birds but a bit of a nuisance at times,,,

see how much it's nibbled away in seed feeder!!!

they emptied mine in two days.... :-) amazing what they can do...

I have about 4 of them come here every day..damn nusinaces they are! They only jsut manage to squeeze themselves into the birdtable and knock everything flying! I shoo them whenever I can!

aw,it needs to eat too..I've never seen one on my feeders..only on the ground .your feeder is different to mine though,as it doesn't have a little saucer at the base...easy pickings for it :o)

Hi Bloomer - very pleased with it - I moved it to this part so anything from a robin to a big pigeon can eat from it :)))) Filled it back up yesterday :)))))))))))))))))

I would probably be better with one of these,Paul..I wouldn't be sweeping up on the path behind,all the time..such untidy eaters..:o)

Yes they're very nervous birds - still have to sweep the path here too :D

These are the most greedy birds I know, attractive to look at, and lovely to eat lol

lol Daisy - never had one but imagine their meat to be strong flavoured by the colour of them when watching masterchef :D Yes it eats loads :))))))))))))

It is, they eat a lot of them in France.....
