fivemonths on. two of the four grasses I have: I bought three but divided one when repotting. finally cut them back to varying levels, to see how each managed.

I hope so! I didn't touch them last year, I've killed more plants with kindness than I ever did by leaving them alone! but if they continue to grow outwards as well as upwards, they'll soon fill the pots, and make a nice screen if lined up behind the "pond"
