DD - yes, it's dicentra spectabilis 'Alba' which always seems to be earlier than the red-flowered form for me

We used to have the white form when we lived in the Midlands and both got clobbered by the frost every year!! just have the red one and a few of the spreaders which I love at this time of the year.
