This one has the reputation for being a bit difficult. I think it needs good, reliably moist soil in part shade to keep it happy

lovlely photo, Andrew - how close were you? the bristles on the flower cups (the green bit, don't know the technical word!) are so clear.

Used to grow such a lot of these plants in the Midlands, love them at this time of the year.
