I have some more tests at hospital next week ... just seem to have days where I feel fine and others where I have no energy ... today was a good day ... :o)

That is exactly how I used to feel too, but think I am coming out of that now. My energy is better than it was. Its just patience Shirley, it will come back, don't push it. You just have to do what your body tells you. Good luck with the tests.
