Mine is full of buds as well..great shrub..even though it says to be in a sheltered position,mine isn't and catches all the wind,and frost..just have to trim the frosted bits off,and away it goes again :o)..I've not heard it called Mexican blossom before..just Choisya Ternata Sundance..

the common name is mexican orange, but mostly called by it real name Choisya :-)

it's a large shrub with fragrant flowers and the leaves if crushed are very fragrant too, no fruits but a lovely shrub...

they can take some frost Kat yes, but a real hard -8 or -10 will do some damage
