That's really good to know about the tree lupin Paul.. I've often thought of trying one myself. I'm not keen on border lupins but I do like the tree type ones.

Just checking up on you. We have the whole spring, summer and fall to play in our gardens. I can hardly wait.
Of course we have already been at it. I planted a kind of Japanese garden. The first plant which I put in jumped out of its berth the first big rain. Is it telling me something? I am going to persevere with it!
