Just dawn @ keep them for French restaurant, lol. If you have many in your garden, it sounds like good business :)

Lovely hosta Katarina, plenty of snails here you can have too ;-), the thrushes are back though yaaay, I keep finding smashed empty snail shells on my gravel path, so they're doing a good job :-)

That is a beautiful one katarina...read somewhere the bluer the hosta the more shade it requires.
