I will Scotsgran, I will.
Does anyone know how we can get a nice melted choc centre like them ones you can buy?

I suppose if you cook it for less time it will still be wet in the middle. I prefer my cake to be cooked all the way through. I only used one tablespoon of choc chips because the mug was getting very full. I used squirty cream on it - the low fat alternative, to salve my conscience.

Your not fooling me with that squirty cream malarky, You've been bad Scotsgran, bad! Lol.

Is there a mug under there? lol! ;))))

Low fat cream, a wise decision, Sg...

Yes Karen there is a mug full of dark delicious and very dangerous chocolate cake under there. I'll have to take issue with that Willilli. I knew I could not be good so I was very very careful to buy the low fat squirty cream. Its very handy stuff.
Lidl here are selling ready cooked puff pastry cases. Spread the inside with the thinnest layer of raspberry jam and fill with LOW FAT squirty cream and pile high with fresh strawberies or raspberries to make wonderful cream cakes.
Spread choc spread inside, fill with bananas add some squirty cream and the condensed milk which has already been made in to a fudge like sauce and hey presto banoffee tarts.
Now that is being bad.

Oh I see, you use the LOW FAT squirty cream to hide all the naughty things that lie beneath! Very cunning Scotsgran ;-)

I knew I should have kept my own council. Never let the right hand know what the left hand is doing, but its out now. Enjoy Homebird. OH loved it too.
