the middle one gets all the water - there is a hosepipe coming out both sides and overflows into the other 2 at the same time 450 litres of wter in total :))
this is a hidden away little corner behind the hut - thought it would look a bit unsightly - but quite pleased with this secret little area. more cementing for the walls - love cementing :D

Great water saving paul and yes, it looks good too. Hmm...wonder what significance you could attach to your love of 'cementing'?! :))

Thanks very much :)))))))))))))) I'd love to do it for you Pixi - you may need to add slabs underneath - the weight of the water will push it into the soil a lot

That looks a good set up Paul they will be so useful when it does turn dry. How far are they from the down pipe? Also have you tried fixing a hose pipe to them to use in the garden as I read that this is possible?

Hi Denise - there's a good 20ft drainpipe that leads from shed roof and hut - drains into the middle - then I drilled a hose in both sides equal heights so overflows into the other two - not sure how to rig hosepipe though - even wondering about a really huge one 500litres too :D

I have bought a lime cement injector for walls. Barry thinks it will be too hard for me. I am very good at plastering and would like to have a go. Will let you know if I do. :o)
