Thank you for asking,I am so upset and don't know what to do.my husband is trying to help me but have not bought much plant for summer.

The more drainage you can include in the garden, the better.
Choose gravel ... not with rounded edges, but with sharp edges, because that will help with draining ...

...and you can also use bigger pieces of hard-core ... broken bricks, broken concrete etc. Dig deep holes and drop them in ... anything to assist the water to drain away.

For areas which seem to be permanently water-logged, choose plants which like growing in damp soil and bog gardens. I hope these ideas help. You have such a lovely garden !

Thank you very much for your help.Trying our best and now I am buying more plant which survive in boggy soil.Salix do well in this soil so I have 10 shrubs and 3 standerd.soil has improved since we have moved here.

You're doing well. Soil will improve with all the work you are doing. Salix should look nice :o)
