Don't you believe it. We ate the lot between the two of us. Mind you if we had visitors we would have to share. Lol it has been fun trying different ideas with the recipe.

How long did you give these in the microwave, SG? The same 5 minutes, or did you change it? Great for unexpected visitors!

OH Oh Ojibway the recipe says 3 minutes not five. Because I was unsure about timings in the microwave I only gave them 2mins and 45 seconds. It depends on your microwave. Gee cooked her cake in a 1000w m/wave. Mine is only 850w but it cooked the cake fine in 3 mins.

I can't believe how easy they are to make. 5 minutes is the total time to make them, from getting the flour etc. out of the cupboard.
