it looks a little like the alpine creeping forget me not Eritrichium nanum only thing is it has 5 petals, are you sure it's not a creeping speedwell Pims?

I dont think its Eritrichium nanum not the right shaped leaves..and those kinda tuber things. I dont know..will have a look through all my gardening books later :)
