Choisya Sundance turning green

I took this cutting to brighten the shady border but it's turning green although it's flowering better than it's parent!!

I took a cutting a few years ago and it grew well...then the stems began to turn green so i cut them out at intervals....Its ok now...:>)

yes that's the trouble with cuttings, i've let mine revert i like it in both it's forms :-)

I might take a cutting from mine, it suffered through our Winter, and is only just beginning to recover a little..

Mine suffered this year as well..I have had to prune quite a bit back...looks really scraggy this year..although it is in flower...

I felt I should have done that with mine,Homebird,but wasn't brave enough ! I will see how it goes this year,then I might pluck up courage with the secateurs ! :o)
