Lovely......
Its dry here today Wylie, at last, I'm busy planting my new purchases bought from Malvern yesterday :-))

I got the plants from Sheila a couple of days ago, and I was out there between showers getting them into the ground. I am expecting some from Belgium, and they will probably arrive tomorrow when the chance of rain is 80%.

I received one a couple of weeks ago from a friend in Bulgaria it took 15 days to arrive!!!! the leaves had yellowed and looked really sorry for itself but its perked up and is now sending up new green leaves, such tough plants aren't they :-)
Oooo which ones did you get from Sheila Wylie?, she did send me a lovely message thanking me for recommending her to you :-))

I got something on eBay (non-plant) that was sent Royal Mail, signed for, and that also took 2 weeks and was delivered by a transport company instead of the regular mail. The whole EU thing confuses me sometimes.
The 2 I got from the States took 1 1/2 weeks to get to Germany and then another week to here, but they arrived in very good condition and 'Squirrel Beater' had a very ragged flower today due to the rain.
I got 'Gilded By Grace' and 'So Many Stars'. Now I can spend the summer figuring out what to get in the fall :) She also sent a couple of epis which look interesting.

What a beauty! It reminds me a bit of Indy Charmer. :)

If the eyezone was stronger, then they would be close.

Lovely choices Wylie, So Many Stars is on my wish list too :-).
Think any other plant would does shrivel and die wouldn't it, that length of time.

Some of the plants I got this year have scapes already!
If it wasn't raining so much (2 more days expected), I need to put water soluable fish fertilizer on everything.

Crikey thats good Wylie, they're way behind here, its so flippin cold, more like March, at long last I have noticed a few scapes today even one on a new one, 'Wild and Wonderful', bought last autumn that I thought was too small to flower this year :-), I did feed mine early April, makes a change for me to be organised :-)

You should be able to do a lot with W & W : it's the pod parent to Free Wheelin', which I am expecting in the mail any day; and Free Wheelin' has the pollen parent tetra Marked By Lydia, which is pollen parent to Dancing Chevrons which I am also expecting. This is just like playing "6 Degrees of Seperation". :)

Lol, I have Free Wheelin too :-), brilliant for polytepal flowers, thinking about it it does have very similar markings to Wild and Wonderful :-)
Sounds like you've been buying some lovely ones :-)
