Tomatoes ready for selling

Do you have an open day in your garden or allotment? These look like nice healthy plants.

Initially I grow more than I need then I select the best of them and they are sold in the village shop!

That way I get a few bob to buy compost etc,the shop makes a few bob and a few villagers get some cheap plants.

So all in all it is a satifactory arrangement!

Yes it is. We had a chap who did that too and it worked fine until he died last year.
