It has just got so much going for it. I bought a gaura last year. It is a deep pink and the stems are burgundy coloured when they are young. It was beautiful from early summer through to the end of autumn. There were so many flowers on it and it is so delicate looking that I was concerned that it might not be hardy. I'm so pleased to hear you say they are extra hardy. I have not seen this one in our local GC but it would be a welcome addition to my garden.

They've always come back after the worst, Sg. This year -that is the last two weeks in Feb, was -20°C continuously...but the ballerinas still want to dance!! :)

I've never seen one like this before around here.
It seems that the growers are starting to play a bit with the colours of the flowers and leaves. :))
