It was in a very sheltered spot of a garden that recorded -12°c, so I would guess -5 to -7°c. Really impressive in my eyes.

I'll just have to be careful where I plant it...

Do as I'm doing with it now - sink it into the ground in a plastic pot and lift for the winter. Frost free garage is good enough for the worst spells.

I'm hoping to get a little greenhouse later...so I've already started keeping things in plastic pots and hiding them in nicer ones.

I've sunk Abutilon, Albizia and my Sutherlandia too Karen. I'll also be sinking a couple of Iochroma later too.

Some of the leaves are badly frost burnt Delonix, but it did well to survive!

It's a very hardy shrub. I like the Polygala species native to Baja California. It grows to a tree and has brighter colored flowers.
