Hosta "First frost "in situ with plenty of anti slug warfare!

I've used pellets for the first time ever, marvelous things....snail corpses everywhere. Nice Hosta, lets hope it stays that way.

That is lovely....tip I got last year was to spritz the foliage with half strength miracle grow throughout the year - this makes the foliage stronger and less appetizing. It seemed to work.
This is very similar to H. Halcyon - blue leaved so not so appetizing to them either :)

I love hostas ML and will make a very rough ridge around and plant one
