I saved seed from this one it has a lovely white flower with a very slight hint of pink in it and the seed has come up for me, I got so excited when I saw the plants popping up in the compost. I hope they come true to parent plant. I have never grown Hosta seeds before.

I have also taken cuttings this year for the first time (well the first ones were rabbit cuttings) I planted them up (delphiniums) and three took so I cannot grumble too much about the bad rabbits. I also broke a rose shoot when I was tying it in and planted that up and that took - think I must be getting the hang of this gardening malarky. lol. only taken me 20 years lol. and pounds of my money on magazines and watching gardeners world for hours on end. lol. not to mention Alan Titchmarsh and his gang on garden makeovers etc. How the years have rolled by. lol

I love going around the garden pinching pieces from the plants to take cuttings from. I have just planted some Lavender cuttings this morning in the rain lol
