Leptodermis oblonga

Flowers just began opening yesterday and should be flowering throughout summer now. Stronger fragrance than I remembered too, sort of reminds me of lilac. Kind of a rare plant still but I am seeing it listed more every year. I just ordered a new camera so most of the pics I just added were taken on my phone so they are not very good quality.

Ok I found it but the leaves and flowers are different. I had no idea what that plant was either haha.

I wonder if this would survive Eastern US north winters?

It's very cold hardy, would survive in zone 4 without protection. Just keep in mind, most years it is late to leaf out so it may look dead until June. Once it gets going, it grows nicely. If you can't find one, let me know and I will root some plants and send some to you.
