I'm pleased you like it! It'll be interesting to see if it really does change colour.

Beautiful colour. Is it perfumed?

Yes. I'm a bit concerned that it might not be 'Easy Does it' though. I saw the real thing at a Show last year, and the photo in the catalogue is also different. Never mind, I do like it, and it fits in with the others. I might send the growers a photo and see what they say.

I have a couple of roses that I'm suspicious of regarding names. I suppose people take the info cards out of pots to read and put them back in the wrong ones. Never mind, it all adds to the enjoyment AND it's still lovely.

It came from the rose grower with a label AND a tied on tag - so how they could get it wrong, I really don't know.
However, the next few blooms DO have frilly petals, and are a lighter colour, so maybe it's the right rose? I don't know, but I love it anyway. :-))

Such a stunning bloom, whatever its name.

The petals on the next blooms were much more frilly, but the colour didn't change very much. It's still a lovely rose, isn't it! :-)

Out of curiosity I googled images for this variety. Looks like the colour of your bloom is bang on and when it comes to frilliness there are several images on there of 'Easy Does It' also distinctly lacking!
I get the impression the frilliness develops as the bloom opens, also that it's more pronounced among sprays of secondary blooms.

That's what's happened. I also went to ask the rose supplier at the Hampton Court Show, who confirmed its habit.
I shall sigh with relief now. :-))
