Lupin 'masterpiece'

Isn't it lovely Michaella?....This is a very precious Lupin to me...Was quite expensive...newly bred in 2008 and i bought it 2010...:>)

Now that's a beauty. In the Queen's racing colours too. Very appropriate for this week. It was used on the royal barge in the pageant on the Thames this week. Rachel de Thame advised on the choice of plants to be used. Great choice.

Thank you Inverglen.....The Chelsea flower of the year, as you know was Digitalis 'Illumination Pink', bred by Thompson & Morgan, i bought 3 plug plants a few months ago, they were on offer at £1.99 + p&p...now they are £15.99 for 3 plants...im delighted, i have planted one in a pot and one in the ground, the other i gave to my brother...:>)

I did Hb...dont know if they will flower this season, but i hope so...Its a perennial foxglove and doesnt self seed...so i should be able to divide it, when it bulks up...:>)
