First year having them. Didn't know I could! Will def now that I know.

They take years before they will flower Lil. Better buying more bulbs!

Oh well sorry i didnt know that..i jsut keep seeds from everything i can lol..maybe thats why some of my seedlings dont grow lol I;d still do it!

Lil you can put them somewhere and forget about them for years....then forget where you put them :))))))))

lol well i usually have them labelled but sometimes i jsut fond some wihtout and dont know what they are lol.i jsut plant everything and wait and see what comes up its good fun! lol..btw fern is growing great..Brunnera is too not flowering yet :)

It may not flower till next year Pixi but the leaves look good anyway :). You won't be disappointed with that fern is a lovely one.

Ok thanks Angie. Was confused bc I was pretty sure I had planted bulbs. If I didn't recognise the leaves coming up and it produced no flowers, I would probably assume it was another weed and eventually pull it :/

The bulbs you have bought will/should come back every year Lil. The tiny little seeds will take many years to get big enough to produce a flower. Which was why I suggested buying more bulbs if you want more flowers....

First time I've grown Aliums too, Lil. The seed heads are just as lovely as the flowers!
