aww dont tell me ive grown another weed!! thats two now! wheres my aubretia! there was only one of that in the propagator-how do weeds get in there?! i was so happy it was perking up too! well i mite leave it til i find something else to put in it! thanks for letin me know guys, lol at me :o)

Yes I've done it :o) I once grew what I thought was a Michaelmas Daisy, but it developed into a weedy thing with pale pink flowers .... and ended up in the garden recycle bag lol

ok then i believe you im not the only one lol. it does baffle me tho how weeds end up growing in the prop. was i just sold j pack of weed seeds lol?

Birds can drop the seed as they pass over, carried on the wind or on the ground they may be carried on animal coats etc. I get allsorts seeding itself from the bird seeds I put out. I have several Cotoneasters that self seeded too.

i suppose the wind is the obvious answer as they are on the windowsill and next to the back door, i hope no cheeky birds and animals have been sneaking in when im not looking lol :-)
