Heuchera 'Berry Smoothie' with Alchemilla Mollis

They go well together don't they, and the leaves are similar shape.

Really lovely together Shirley....i had a lovely 'berry smoothie' and the vine weevil got at it...I managed to save a bit and put it in a pot....it was doing ok, then Charley had a go and left a stump.....I was about to dump it on the heap and noticed a little white shoot attached to the stump...so i have re-potted it again....one more try...:>)

Indeed, Cinders ... I shall cut off the yellow flowers on the A. Mollis as I don't want hundreds of them on the patio! .....

These go so well together

I grew to almost hate Alchemilla Mollis in my last garden ('cos I'd neglected to remove flowers before seeding!) but one thing they ARE good for is the look of the raindrops on the leaves - VERY useful this summer, I feel...

I love the combination too,Shirley..and Carole gave me some Alchemilla Mollis not long ago..flowering already..and it looks nice underneath an Echinops :o)
