just out of interest, an i right in thinking the Arabella is not a climber and is a floppy aroundy clem?
19 Jun, 2012
It is a floppy aroundy clematis...........

But it will climb if given assistance and it is a really good doer.If any of you live in the area, you can see this clematis at Gresgarth Hall in Lancs., the home of Arabella Lennox-Boyd after whom it is named, I think. It opens throughout the season on certain Sundays - 2nd of the month? Can google to check that. It is well worth a visit.

ah thought so, as its a floppy arounder then do I have a pic for you ; )
