Lulu - it wasn't doing much last year when I bought it, but this year it's really taking over the small trellis I got for her.

That is lovely, I have 4 of these roaming about my garden, my label says Princess Diana, are they the same thing do you think as it looks similar to mine.

I think the name was changed after 'the divorce'....I used to work at a clematis nursery and that's really what happened!!

Princess of Wales is definitely nicer name.

I'm glad there's sun in the south east. It's raining in the south west :o(

I have seen two different labels - 'Princess of Wales' and 'Princess Diana'. So I think Marion they are the same thing as Lulu is saying the name was changed. I'd stick to 'Princess of Wales' as I am trying to collect plants with a Welsh connection, lol.

Oh, no Hywel - it's too much rain in Wales recently. Hope you get plenty of sunshine soon:)
