Pineapple tree

I would like to grow this tree, always thought it was tender, but found out this weekend it is hardy and can be pruned.....lovely pic.

I understand it is hardy and can be pruned hard once established.
I have only recently moved house and inherited this well grown specimen.

I've grown this for a few years and it is hardy. I love it....it's semi-evergreen and so pretty. Its lovely to see such a mature example! :))
