Lovely, you have given me some new ideas....OH will throttle me if I come up with any more....if we take out all the ferns from around our steps and move them to the side of the house , so as to create a fernery, then I could buy some more plants to put around the steps.......

Yes, that would be fun.....It's the waiting for it all to grow part I'm not good at though. After 10 years or so, it is doing exactly what you want it to do. Still, it will make the next owner very happy indeed I'm sure!

I'm terrible though .... after waiting the ten years are so for things to establish I'm ready to change by then.

Oh DD, so sad, you lived on a farm didnt you.? Wish you were still there too. Its unbelievable to be here where I grew up.:) Not a massive 30 acres but ok. Your Dad's place must have been a place of dreams.
