Clematis - Nellie Moser?

Looks lovely , if in the shade ? it will keep its colour without fading , it looks like Nellie to me

Are the anthers redish purple , if yes I will still stick with good old "Nellie".

I think the anthers are like your description Gg, but the whole flower seems a lot darker colour & more smudgey 'red' than I expect a Nellie Moser to be.
My neighbour has a Nellie Moser in a similar place to mine by the front door, both facing east & hers has bigger flowers & much paler than mine.
Actually having said all that - mine hasn't done very well at all this year - hardly any growth & so far only two or three flowers. I'm beginning to think it has reached & passed it's 'sell-by' date, because it doesn't look very healthy to me any more.
I'm thinking of getting rid of it now! :(

Give it a feed should respond realy well tomatoe food every week it will bounce back they are very long lived plants
