They look wonderful! They really like the extremely hot temps you've been getting. Plumeria trees will grow very quickly and bloom well in very hot weather

Do you think there might be a chance for them to bloom this summer?

There's always a possibility. I have read of plumeria seedlings flowering within a year. I've never had this experience, though. However, with this being said I only grow mine from cuttings.
Did you see my latest large cutting-grown plant from my previous neighbor?

Alexandramou:
Did you know you could plant a 15ft/4.6m or larger plumeria cutting and it will grow. Actually, the larger the cutting the easier it will root. The only issue is getting such a large cutting staked up well (so it doesn't move in the wind).
I was a little of a challenge getting that plumeria (from my former neighrbor) in my car, it barely fit. lol! :>)

Lol.....and here I had images in my mind of large Plumeria cuttings on airplanes. ;o)
That's good to know!

Wow Alex....Thats doing really well. My leaves are about 5 inches long, but we are having such an awful summer, with so much rain and not enough sun, but never mind.......I'm still trying....and they look healthy enough..
