Stunning flower Spritz...Salvias are a great favourite of mine...Wish i had a bigger garden to grow a few more...:>)

Yes, it is - and they shouldn't have called it 'Blue Lips' - people think it's like 'Hot Lips' and it's not a shrubby Salvia, it's a herbaceous one!

I was really pleased to find it, Meanie. Salvias are my second favourite plant group. I bought another one - S. koyamae - at the same time. It's supposed to like shade and flower in the autumn! :-))

Yes, and it's a beautiful plant. It gives me a good excuse/reason to start removing some Euphorbia robbiae to make a space for something MUCH nicer. ;-)

Lovely when you can pull out something you find dull and replace with something as beautiful as this!

The other one should flower in the autumn - yellow flowers, the label says. :-)
