Another Wrongly labelled

It's pretty but annoying to get the wrong one.
I bought one this year which was wrongly labelled, and it was one I already have. I particularly wanted the one on the label because I lost it last year, and now I've still not got it ... very annoying ...

It jolly well is Hywel. This is not a good picture, but will put another one when it flowers better, which should be soon, now the weather is picking up.
