Hydrangea macrophylla 'Twist-n-shout'

It's hard to believe now that this was the one hydrangea that really got hammered by frost late this Spring. I had to cut half the plant back and wasn't sure if it would flower or not but every stem has a flower.

The only time I cut back hydrangeas is when they get zapped by frost or cold which isn't very often (I shelter them with a lot of mulch in winter). All I cut off is the dead stuff.
