For DottyDaisy2....see what I mean A?

This is a photo of Clematis Fujimusume and Clematis Florida 'Pistachio' together. I wanted to show DD the lingering hint of green in my Pistachio flower when fully open. Further south, in warmer places, they seem to be creamer. Cool conditions effect many pale coloured clematis in the same way, giving a green hue to the flowers. Incidentally, it has been bright sunshine here all day until about 5pm, but surprisingly chilly :(

I do see what you mean, ours is suffering as it was planted with the sweet peas too much for the poor plant!! look good together your two clems though.
