Magnolia Second flowering(For Katarina)

Sitting on the chimney pot? That sounds very Mary Poppins!

I always keep thinking your garden is blessed :)) Beautiful. Thank you very much for nice surprise! But I hope this wasn´t the reason to climb up to the chimney pot, lol.
Is it usual for this sort of magnolia to bloom twice in a year?

Tuesdaybear & Katarina it was really taken from a bedroom window, the garden drops away quite sharply.
Normally only a handfull of flowers in summer
