Japanese anemone in a bit of sun

oh thats really pretty!

what are the little conifer looking shoots coming up to the right of the anemone?

Oh thats a very late yellow coreopsis that hasnt done anything this year, brought them on in the polytunnel and they have just sat there!!!

those pink petals look good! mine are still in tight buds.

i quite like that foliage even if the coreopsis hasnt come out!!

just today i planted one. Still do not know what is its colour. They are nice, gentle flowers.

it's not fair!!! mine still hasn't flowered yet:(:(:(

well - on the other hand mine will be flowering for longer time. While yours will be just a history, HA!

I can extend the life of mine in the polytunnel ; )

have to make sure i take photos of mine ~ thats the only way i can keep mine!!

yeah, plenty of new leaves ;-)
