Fantastic lily Tet, where you been? Are you still taking the vitamin D? I've taken it all year, not enough sun and apparently many children are deficient too. Such a simple thing and I wouldn't have thought about it without listening to a prog on the radio:-)

i tried vitamin D and it gave me a cough ~ you cant win!!!

no!!! i googled it and it said you can be allergic to them so i stopped taking them and the cough has gone!!!!
