oh, heck! I do'nt suppose there's much they can do about an injury like that; doubt they can fit a bionic wing. A lot of electicity wires have tags on them for birds, but only for "sport" birds - they do'nt want them crashing into wires before the "sportsmen" have the chance to shoot them! But tagging should be everywhere, eagles are more important to the ecology than birds that are only bred to be shot
