(Feijoa) Acca sellowiana - Feijoa, Pineapple Guava

Very interesting, how edible are they?

They are very edible! LOL! :>) It's a very, very widely grown fruit in California. I think they are commercially grown along the coast in Santa Barbara County.

They taste like a soft pineapple. Some varieties have fruit the size of baseballs.

You must be so healthy having so much beautiful fruit to choose from.....

We're pretty lucky in California. We commercially grow so many fruits and vegetables crops all year. Citrus and avocados are multi-billion dollar crops.

We do have four fruit on our Citrus tree!!

Citrus is so common here...generally, mature trees have hundreds of fruit. I get lots of citrus: oranges, lemons, limes, and tangerines from my neighbors.
